Knight Villain - Bits & Bytes Farm Horses for sale

Many years ago, a man named
John Taintor Foote wrote a
story called "The Look of Eagles".

"About the head of a truly great horse there is an air
of freedom unconquerable. The eyes seem to look on
heights beyond our gaze.  It is the look of a spirit
that can soar. It is the birthright
of eagles."

Knight Villain

Knight Villain (aka "Good Knight - the Gentle Giant"). This horse has real class and style. He is a stakes winner of almost $293,000! He has clean legs at nine, which tells you how well put together he is. I love finding older horses still racing. If they retire sound from racing at nine, you know they have no conformation problems that would lead to unsoundness. Here is his background:

"Knight" is a Black Type Stakes winning grandson of Mr. Prospector who is by Raise a Native, by Native Dancer. His pedigree reads like the "Who's who" of Thoroughbred racing. Other famous horses in his pedigree include: Nashua, Nasrullah, Triple Crown winner Count Fleet (both sides of his pedigree), Bold Ruler, Miss Disco, Polynesian, Northern Dancer, Nearctic and Natalma. Click here to see his pedigree.

Knight is a pleasure to ride. He does not feel as tall as he is because he is so well proportioned.

Current Training

  • He stands quietly while being shod
  • Loads easily in the trailer
  • Quiet and intelligent in the arena and on the trails
  • He is not a spooky horse.
  • Large free flowing walk with his rear foot falling at least 10 inches over the front footprint
  • His trot is smooooooth.
  • Knight loves attention and he is a gentleman to work around.
