Aly's Alpha Boy was first sold directly from the track to Dawn Blackmore in October 2007. He returned to Bits & Bytes Farm to be sold due to economic conditions. He was sold in April 2010 to Laura Thompson.

Elizabeth,
I just wanted to write to you and tell you what an incredible horse Aly's Alpha Boy is. He is everything I had hoped for and nothing I expected. When I saw him up on your prospect pages I thought to myself there is a beautiful horse. I have always wanted a bay with lots of chrome. Well he definitely covers that. I wanted a horse that I could work with and bond with. I didn't have a lot of money to spend but was in the position to take a chance. I have NEVER bought a horse sight unseen. I grew up with horses and trained them for several years back in my twenties. I enjoy working with them.

So here brings us to Aly. From the moment we got him off the trailer at 11:45PM he was as calm and collected as can be. That really surprised me since he was coming down the drive at practically midnight and didn't know where he was. He walked like he owned the place. No big deal! Just like through the days of me riding him. Taking him around the ring was such an awesome experience. I was expecting to have to really control his speed and possible flightiness, but NO!! HE went around like he had done this awhile. I even took him over the cavelettes the first time we rode. We stopped to check them out and the next time he went right over them! He is perfect!!! When I came out there the other day to get him from the back pasture to ride, I stopped at the gate and just called him. (This was the first time I have had to get him out of the pasture) He came right up to me. What a bonding experience. He made me feel some warm inside, I can't even explain it.

I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate you and what you are trying to do for these horses. I am very glad I took the chance on buying one off your prospect pages. I couldn't have asked for a better mannered and more behaved boy if I would have tried him out first!
