Thoroughbred horse, Luiza, sold by Bits & Bytes Farm

Take Me Home – Almost Heaven…West Virginia

If you were watching our website, you might have noticed a beautiful bay filly on our post titled "Four Options for Buying Thoroughbreds". This is Luiza, sister of Arista Bird. They share the same dam, Wild Tizzy. Both mares are super sweet and laid back.

Well, Martin and Karen Thorn had been watching our website after losing their heart horse. Martin called and we discussed Arista Bird and I told him about Luiza. We did not have a web page up for Luiza, but I had photos and videos that I shared with them. Both horses were good options for them.

To help Karen and Martin make a decision, we allowed them to speak with the trainer who had, had both horses in training at the track. This unfortunately did not make the decision any easier. Both of these mares are sensible and sweet and easy to handle even at the racetrack. They were not high-strung or marish. Martin and Karen discussed the pros and cons of each horse and finally decided that Luiza was the one to bring home to West Virginia.

If you did not call, you would never have known about this horse. Many times we have horses to sell but no time to list them. CALL if you are looking. We are happy to let you know about any 'pocket listings' that may not have made the website.

If you like Luiza, her sister Arista Bird is still available. She is getting some attention so, don't wait, call today.

Martin is a photographer so we expect that we will have more wonderful photos of Luiza at his gorgeous farm in West Virginia.
