Big Banker – SOLD!

Big Banker is a Thoroughbred horse for sale

UPDATE November 2012: Big Banker has a new mom for Christmas! Thank you Tasha for working hard to find this wonderful horse a new home.

Big Banker is a 2000 bay Thoroughbred gelding available for resale. Banker goes well under saddle and he is very quiet at home. He is super sweet and friendly. He has been able to go barefoot for the last three years and he has great feet. He has an old bowed tendon on left front which is set . He has an old scar on front of left hind hock, but it is cosmetic and he is sound and jumps. Big Banker is great on trails with a friend and he has been started over low fences.

Hi Elizabeth!

Is there any possibility at all of having him on your webpage, with the other resale Thoroughbreds? I have a feeling that there may be more prospective buyers who follow Bits & Bytes. Anyways, here are his two videos. He looks great, and is riding really well. Really loosened up in his back, quietly seeking contact, and has a little more swing to his stride. I’d appreciate any help. Thank you so much,
Tasha

Big Banker’s info from when he was for sale originally on this site:

“Banker” is a classy, kind horse. He sticked at 16.1hh and he is a seven year-old gelding. He is friendly to everyone and he doesn’t kick or bite. Everyone knows and loves this horse. He is well known around the racetrack – everyone stops to say “hey Banker” when they see him. He should be sound and suitable for any new career. His exercise rider says he is a dream to gallop. His groom takes naps with him in the stall. He looks like a twin to Pride of the Fox who is a Horse For Sale at Bits & Bytes Farm.

He is a grandson of Mr. Prospector. Mr. Prospector is the greatest extension of the Native Dancer sireline, and the most influential dirt track sire of all time.

When we sell a horse we want to know that it has a good home. Sometimes circumstances change and the owner who purchased a Thoroughbred from us needs to find a new home. We will always help find a home for any horse we have sold. We will list them first here and then on our other Web sites. Please let your friends who are looking for a horse know when we list a new one.
