Hey Barry,
I know it has been a long time since I have written to y`all.
Everything has been going pretty good. Darcy is doing good. We did have to take him to UGA and get a biopsy done on his leg
b/c he has like some kind of fungus on three legs that they had never
seen before so we have not gotten the results yet. He is sound and
I'm still riding him. I love him to death. He is like my baby. I
don't even have to tie him up anymore to tack him up or brush him off.
He comes to me in the pasture when he sees me. And he has a new tin
shed in his pasture and he loves it under there even if it is raining,
he loves being outside!! But i will let you know when I know something.
Thanks for the message talk to you later.
Love,
Jessica and Darcy
June 15, 2006 - at the State 4-H Show in Perry, GA
Elizabeth,
We are looking forward for a visit also.
Darcy and Jessica had a good week. Started out rough! ( Darcy did not like the stall in the Georgia Ag Center!) Ended on a good note though!
She was very proud of him. Most proudest of the second place ribbon she got in the Senior Equitation over fences today! It is a good sappy story. We would love to share it with you this weekend.
I know Jessica would love to take a dressage lesson on Darcy or ride any of your horses! We will have to see what we can work out. They ended up with a 10th place this week in dressage...we were proud and thought they deserved a little better....( you know how moms are! - that judge just did not know how far they had come! Ha! )
I will get her to give you a call.

Good morning Elizabeth,
Jessica wants to come up and see your horses...I think she even ask Barry if she could ride one or two! Ha!
Jessica and Darcy are going to the State 4-H show next week in Perry, GA. Keep your fingers crossed that he likes that covered arena. They have been doing really well this past month or two. They have been working hard on Dressage and he seems to learn quickly.I am sure we will have a story to tell after next week. Say a little prayer that all goes well and safe....

Hey Guys!!
How are ya'll? Well we are doing good. We
went to a horse show this past weekend and racked up.
We won both of our Equitation classes, one over fences and one
doing a pattern ( which he has learn how to do really
good). We also got a medal for the championship over
fences. I am really proud of him.
We have been
letting Darcy be out day and night and he seems to really
like it. It helps his mind, we think. We learned that
he doesn't like to be in a stall for a long period of
time. Well, anyways maybe one day this summer we could
come up there and ride with ya'll. It would be really
good for him to get out some more places. The more
places we take him to the better he will be (I think
).
I hope ya'll are having a wonderful April and
I hope to see ya'll soon.
Oh Yeah, Here are some
pictures of this past weekend so you can update my
page!!!!

Here are some pictures from our show this past weekend
at Wills Park. We did pretty good. I was very proud
of him. He was one of the calmest horses there. One of
the picture is my boyfriend Robert riding Darcy and my
friend Nathan is leading him. Well prom is this
weekend so Travis is showing him for me at one of our
local shows.
See you later.

Here are just some random pictures!! There are two of me and
Darcy!!
The one where we are jumping was two weeks ago
at one of our friend's barn. Our Boy Darcy was awesome. I was very
proud of him and so was everyone else!!!
The one
where we are just walking around was this past weekend
at the Olympic horse park in Conyers, GA! It was taken in the cover areana!!
We got four ribbons. Two third place ribbons for over fences 2'3
high. We also got a second over fences and a third ribbon on the
flat. It was out of some pretty hard competition (some moved pretty
big). Darcy was good for his first show in the coverd ring!!
We were very proud and we got almost all our lead changes without
spurs!!! We were so very proud of him!!
Love your friends,
Jessica and darcy
