Horses, Horses, Horses - We have horses!

We have lot's of new sale horses, prospect horses and even a boarder's horse for sale. This is the time for us to pick up horses at fantastic rates. We pass on these savings so that we can get as many horses as possible off the track. We are looking for buyers who can give a horse a proper home and solid training to start their new career away from the race track.

This year we have sold horses in all price ranges starting at just $1,000! Most of our horses are priced between $4,000 and $6,000. If you have the ability to put the time and training into a prospect horse, you will get a fantastic buy at this time of the year. Prospect horses usually range from $1,500 to $3,000.

The race tracks in the north are closing for the season and the trainers do not want to keep these horses over the winter. We get calls every day from trainers we know and trust who have perfectly sound horses that just are not good enough racers to keep through the long northern winters. You can save big now.

Bits & Bytes Farm Boarder's Horse For Sale

We have a Bits & Bytes Farm boarder's horse for sale. Check out Dakota on his own page of photos. If you don't have the experience to train a young horse, Dakota might be the Thoroughbred for you. He has been off-the track for years and has professional training and show experience.

We Have Prospect Horses Already in the Atlanta Area!

We have a Prospect Mare in foster care here in the Atlanta area. She was just too nice to pass up - but, we were out of room -and we don't have any mares on the farm. Our friend Darrith Russell stepped to the plate and has offered to foster her until a new owner can be found for her.

This prospect mare is eight years old and a real sweetie pie. Just look at that kind eye.

What Color Would You Like? Black, bay, or gray?

We have more horses identified at the track. Get them before they get here for the best prices.

We have a five year old gray gelding that is lightly raced. If you missed Smoky you might want to call right away about this pretty boy.

We have a three year old bay gelding that has the kindest eyes and coolest personality. He told Barry what to write about him in our log book. He was like a big puppy dog at the track. If they are quiet at the track, they only get better when they come to the farm.

This big black gelding is only two but will be three in January. He is gorgeous and lightly raced. He shows no promise speed wise for racing. Look at his feet and heels!
