“PT” is a 2010 bay 16 hand Thoroughbred gelding for sale. He is an extremely well-bred, sound horse who likes running the longer distance races. He would make a great eventer or even a hunter/jumper. He is very kind and easy to handle. You can tug on his ears and he loves attention.
UPDATE June 2014: “PT” has been SOLD by his owner.
He is priced to sell quickly. He is just four so he still has quite a bit of growing to do. He should finish out at 16.1 or 16.2 hands high. His bloodlines include the “Who’s Who” of racing. Don’t wait to call on this one. The photo at the top of the page is from when he was sold at TWO. He is a bit leaner now because he has been racing a lot. He will fill out and be a bigger horse when he finishes racing. We would like this horse to go to a show home but a home that will also give him lots of love and not just treat him like a machine.
PLEASE READ THESE BEFORE CALLING: How Much Is This Horse and What is the Jockey Club Name?
Prices are not published because the price can go up or down depending on how the horse is racing. Most horses average $3500 but can be as low as $1000 or up to $5000. We will share the prices when you call. If the horse you call about is not in your budget, we may be able to recommend another horse that is.
Jockey Club names are not listed on the site as the sellers do not want calls from people who have not been screened by us for having the skills to help these horses into new careers. Most horses come with their Jockey Club papers and we will be happy to provide links to their race records and pedigrees.
