. . . This describes our newest horse. We don’t often sell older horses but when we find one as sweet and well trained as TK’s Turn, we just have to help him find a new career. He has already had a long and successful racing career. That was followed by a career on the track as a pony horse. A pony horses take a lot of abuse as they lead the babies and more difficult horses to and from the track and the races.
TK’s is a big horse, almost 16.2 hands, so he was able to stand up to the pushing of the babies. He learned to ride Western and neck rein to be able to pony the horses. TK has been every where so getting on and off a trailer is no big deal. Noise and crowds – no problem. He is sound for a pleasure career and jumping low fences. A horse this age should not be considered for a hard jumping career – we have much younger horses ready for that. TK is the kind of horse that we could take out on our next trail ride with a pleasure rider – next week. We would love someone to purchase him and bring him to Bits & Bytes Farm to board. Does he sound like a match for you? Please call us if you want to start enjoying the fall weather on a big beautiful chestnut Thoroughbred. Read more on TK’s Turn’s Prospect Horse For Sale page.
UPDATE: TK’s Turn has a new mom. Congratulations to Laura Durham-Dixon on her eighth Bits & Bytes Farm horse!
